Refer a Family: Do you know a family searching for babysitting services or a nanny? TLC will pay you $200 when your referral hires a nanny or completes 5 babysitting dates with TLC.
Refer a Nanny: Know a wonderful nanny looking for their next role? Send them our way. As our thank-you, you’ll receive $100 after a successful placement or once a temporary caregiver completes 10 shifts.
All currently pay-rolled TLC caregivers may access Employment Law information for Federal and State jurisdictions at this link.
All IL TLC caregivers can access the ILDOL E-Verify Privacy information in English and Spanish.
