Please take some time to get acquainted with your Dashboard. If you are hired, your profile will be where you edit your contact information, update your certifications, tell us what types of assignments you want and when you want to work, learn about open positions, get messages from TLC, and so much more. Please note that on your first login, your username and password will both be your registered email address. Please change your password immediately on your first login. 
 
In your Caregiver Profile, you will find a few initial documents to be completed or uploaded ASAP: 
  • Authorization and Consent Form granting permission for TLC to perform a background screening.
  • COVID-19 Policy Agreement with our rules to keep you and your charges safe.
  • Employment Eligibility Verification document uploads. Click the link to see what documents you must upload and attach one to each upload (most applicants provide a social security card and a driver’s license).
  • Important TLC Contact Information Sheet, which will remain in your profile for reference at any time. 
  • CPR and First Aid Certification Upload. Before you are eligible to work, you must provide TLC with a valid CPR and First Aid Card. If your certification is not current, we recommend the following affordable online American Red Cross class.
