University City family is looking for someone who will genuinely connect with their son—showing love, patience, and kindness throughout the day.

Ideal Candidate:

• Loving, patient, and kind

• Engaged and interactive throughout the day

• Excited to play, read, and explore with a toddler

• Able to gently teach basic manners and routines

• Willing to help introduce letters, numbers, and colors

• Comfortable taking him on outings like playdates or museum visits

• Certified in First Aid, BLS, or similar—or open to getting certified
• Flexible and reliable—we really value consistency and communication

Schedule Details

• Dad works 8-hour shifts, 4 days on / 4 days off

  • Shifts rotate: 6a–2p, 2p–10p, or 10p–6a

• Mom will likely work 12-hour shifts (schedule confirmed monthly)

• We receive our work schedules at the start of each month

• Because schedules vary, flexibility is key
