Full-Time Nanny Ladue, MO

A Ladue family is seeking an extraordinary, dedicated nanny. This position is ideal for a proactive, milestone-focused caregiver who genuinely loves working with young children, thrives on creating structure, and brings positive, upbeat energy into the home every day.

Because the father travels frequently for work (often gone for a week or two at a time), the family values consistency, clear daily routines, and a reliable partner who can help keep household rhythms running smoothly.

Primary Responsibilities

• Milestone & Enrichment Focus: Planning engaging, age-appropriate morning outings (music class, library storytime, gymnastics) to support the toddler's developmental milestones.

• Daily Routines: Assisting with easy morning school prep (shoes and jackets), lunch preparation, and putting the toddler down for naps following established routines. Occasionally let out the family dogs.

• Afternoon Engagement: Facilitating fun, screen-free play (at home or the neighborhood park) when both children are home.

• Light Child-Related Tasks: Helping maintain a tidy environment by handling the kids' laundry (washing, folding, putting away) and keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

• Occasional Transportation: Assisting with school drop-offs or pick-ups on occasion if scheduling conflicts arise. A family vehicle equipped with car seats is available for child transportation and outings.
