Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

• Morning Focus (Infant Care): Primary care for the infant while Mom handles morning preschool drops and activities for the older girls.

• Afternoon Engagement: Caring for all three girls as a team or independently. Most afternoons involve a "divide and conquer" approach alongside Mom (e.g., Mom takes one child to an activity while the nanny manages the other two), though the nanny should be comfortable caring for all three on their own when needed.

• Activities & Play: Actively engaging the girls in home playroom activities, outdoor fun on the backyard play system, and neighborhood stroller walks.

• Child-Related Housekeeping: Keeping play areas tidy, running basic kid laundry, handling child dishes, and assisting with toy pickup.

• Meals & Routines: Preparing snacks and occasional dinners for the children, and helping ease the girls into their evening and bedtime routine.
