Full-Time Nanny Kirkwood MO

TLC Family Care is recruiting a reliable, engaging nanny for a position in Kirkwood, Missouri.

Schedule

• Three days per week, Monday–Friday

• Typical hours fall between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM

• Guaranteed 36 hours per week

• Some flexibility is appreciated due to a rotating work schedule

Children

• Newborn infant

• 2-year-old toddler (primary care until starting pre-K in August)

• 4-year-old (in school)

Primary Responsibilities

• Morning care, including breakfast and bottle feeds

• Assisting toddler with bathroom needs

• Engaging children in age-appropriate play and activities

• Preparing and serving lunch and bottles

• Supporting toddler nap time

• Afternoon playtime and snacks

• Maintaining cleanliness of children’s areas and washing bottles

Environment & Safety
The home has a backyard pool with a safety fence. The nanny will not be expected to take the children swimming, but water-safety awareness and emergency readiness are important.

• Energetic, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with infants and toddlers

• Has experience caring for infants and toddlers and managing daily routines

• Engages children through play, learning activities, and creativity rather than relying on screen time

• Trustworthy, attentive, and safety-focused

• Comfortable managing the day independently

• Confident swimmer
