TLC Family Care is looking for a warm, experienced nanny to join a kind and welcoming family in Richmond, VA. If you love caring for infants and want to work in a respectful, organized home where you feel valued and appreciated—this could be the perfect fit for you!
ABOUT THE FAMILY:
This is a friendly, organized household where one parent works from home in a dedicated office and is available for occasional check-ins. They also have a sweet, low-maintenance dog—no pet care needed.
The family is hoping to find a nanny who feels like an extension of their home life—someone who is gentle, dependable, and brings a nurturing, comforting presence that their baby can feel at ease with. This is a 6 month job.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Feeding, diapering, and maintaining the baby’s nap schedule
- Age-appropriate play and developmental activities
- Light tidying of baby’s areas, washing bottles, and baby laundry during naps
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Experienced with infants and has strong references
- Fluent in English
- A non-smoker/non-vaper
- Warm, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills
- Brings a calm, steady presence and a natural ability to make children feel safe, cared for, and engaged
