Schedule & Commitment

Hours: Consistent 3-day weekly schedule with potential for up to 40 hours per week.

Flexibility: Occasional availability for mornings, weekends, and date nights is greatly appreciated.

Childcare & Engagement: Guiding daily routines, organizing creative enrichment activities, and coordinating fun outings.

School & Transportation: Handling safe school drop-offs and pick-ups.

Child-Related Housekeeping: Preparing meals for the children, managing kids' laundry, and keeping play areas tidy and organized.

Routine & Support: Managing nap and bedtime routines, assisting with basic homework, and occasionally letting the family dogs outside.

Safety & Experience: Proven track record in childcare, CPR certified, strong driving record, and comfortable in and around water with swimming children.

Personality: Patient, self-motivated, organized, and open to feedback, with excellent judgment regarding child safety.

Bonus Skill: A Russian-speaking candidate is a wonderful plus, but not required!
