Child Caregiver Jobs – Nanny & Babysitter Opportunities

TLC Family Care is hiring experienced caregivers for Child Caregiver Jobs supporting families in their homes. If you have experience as a nanny, babysitter, daycare teacher, childcare provider, or professional caregiver and enjoy creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, attentive, and dependable in-home childcare.
• Attend to children's daily needs and routines.
• Plan age-appropriate activities, play, and engagement.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and positive environment.
• Follow family instructions and household routines.
• Communicate professionally with parents and TLC Family Care staff.

Qualifications for Our Child Caregiver Jobs

• Reliable transportation and a vehicle you can drive yourself to and from assignments.
• A minimum of 3 professional childcare or elder care references who are not related to you.
• Relevant experience may include babysitting, nannying, daycare, teaching, volunteer childcare, nursing homes, HHA, CNA, senior care, or in-home companion care.
• Available to work at least 2–3 full weekdays, Monday through Friday.
• Typical shifts are 8–10 hours, generally between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
• Able to make a minimum 3–4 month commitment.
• Fluent in English and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Preferred: Comfortable working in homes with dogs and cats of all sizes.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
