Core Values & Compatibility:

  • How do you handle differences in parenting styles?

Experience & Professionalism:

  • Tell me about your longest nanny position. Why did it work well?

  • What is your experience with children the same ages as mine?

  • How do you stay current on childcare practices and safety?

Responsibility & Reliability:

  • How do you manage your time during the day with multiple responsibilities?

  • What steps do you take to ensure safety during outings?

  • How do you communicate if you’re running late or if something goes wrong?
