How do I Get Assigned Shifts

A shift is not considered confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation through the scheduling app. Families may request specific caregivers, schedules can change, and multiple caregivers may sometimes be contacted while coverage is being finalized.
To help avoid confusion:
- Do not assume a shift is yours until it is officially assigned
- Always review your notifications carefully
- Check the app regularly for updates or schedule changes
- Reach out to the TLC team if you are unsure about your booking status
