Description
A Ladue family is seeking a proactive, organized Household Manager / Nanny to support a busy home and care for two school-age children. This dynamic role is perfect for a career professional who thrives in a versatile environment blending childcare, household logistics, driving, and family assistant tasks.
What You'll Do:
- Childcare & Logistics: Manage school morning and afternoon routines, and provide safe daily transportation to and from activities.
- Family Support: Assist an independent, co-resident grandmother with occasional errands and transportation to appointments or outings.
- Household Management: Keep the home running smoothly while the kids are at school by managing laundry, tidying common spaces, preparing light meals, organizing the pantry, handling grocery runs, and overseeing package deliveries and household inventory.
Schedule & Flexibility:
This role offers a flexible daily flow. The family is open to a split-shift schedule, allowing you to take a few hours off during the midday gap before afternoon pickups. Compensation will be tailored to reflect your exact agreed-upon schedule.
