Both parents work from home in separate offices, so they’re looking for a nanny who is comfortable taking charge of the day and making decisions independently. Their home is screen-free, and they value consistency, reliability, and a nanny who will become a familiar, trusted part of their child’s routine. There’s also a family dog to keep you company!
