Full-Time Nanny Ladue, MO

A Ladue family is seeking a loving experienced nanny to care for their newborn beginning this summer. The family has an older child starting kindergarten this August. Mom is expecting a baby at the end of June. They are looking for someone who is comfortable working alongside a stay at home parent. This is a long-term, part-time position focused primarily on infant care for the first 1.5–2 years, with the possibility of extending beyond that timeframe.

Responsibilities Include:

• Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for the infant
• Bottle feeding, diaper changes, nap routines, and other infant-related care
• Assisting with establishing consistent infant routines and schedules
• Light household duties related to the children, including:
  • Children’s laundry
  • Dishes/bottle cleaning
  • Tidying play areas and children’s spaces
• Preparing light meals and snacks for the children
• Helping with the oldest child’s morning routine once kindergarten begins
• Occasional sick care for the older child if sent home from school
• Very occasional transportation to school or activities (family vehicle provided)

Qualifications:

• Previous in-home infant childcare experience
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
• Non-smoker
• Up-to-date vaccinations, including flu and COVID-19, in accordance with ACOG and CDC childhood vaccine recommendations
• Comfortable working in a home where parents are present
