Registered Behavior Technician Job in Wildwood, MO

A Wildwood family is seeking a certified Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with their 9-year-old daughter. This is a meaningful, long-term opportunity for someone who truly understands children with complex neurological and behavioral needs and wants to make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent ABA-based support focused on emotional regulation and behavior strategies

• Assist with homeschool instruction in the afternoons (she attends school from 9:30–11:30 AM)

• Support smooth transitions between school and home learning

• Provide transportation as needed

• Administer medications if required

• Implement behavior plans and proactively manage triggers

• Maintain clear communication with parents (a parent will be home during the care)

Requirements:

• Certified ABA Therapist (required)

• Significant experience working with children with autism and complex medical/neurological conditions

• Experience supporting emotional regulation and managing post-seizure behaviors

• Confident driver with reliable transportation

• Dog-friendly (family has dogs)
