Core Values & Compatibility:
- What do you enjoy most about working with children?
- How do you see your role in a family — more like a teacher, a guide, or a partner to parents?
- How do you handle differences in parenting styles?
Experience & Professionalism:
- Tell me about your longest nanny position. Why did it work well?
- What is your experience with children the same ages as mine?
- How do you stay current on childcare practices and safety?
Responsibility & Reliability:
- How do you manage your time during the day with multiple responsibilities?
- What steps do you take to ensure safety during outings?
- How do you communicate if you’re running late or if something goes wrong?
Energy & Engagement:
