Webster Groves first time parents are seeking a nurturing, reliable, and experienced full-time nanny to care for their newborn.  This role is more than a job—it’s a meaningful partnership rooted in care, respect, and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Nurturing Care – Feeding, diaper changes, and ensuring baby is comfortable, clean, and cared for.
• Sleep Support – Following and reinforcing sleep training plan while supporting restful naps.
• Engagement & Growth – Maximizing eye contact and engagement, supporting early development with age-appropriate activities like tummy time and gentle play.
• Household Contributions – Light cleaning of baby areas, washing bottles, keeping essentials organized.
• Baby Laundry – Washing, folding, and ensuring baby’s clothes and linens are ready for use.
• Light Household Assistance – Flexibility to assist with small tasks like meal prep or baby-related errands as needed.
• Let dog in and out of house as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Reliability, Consistency & Communication – Dependability with scheduling, a strong presence in our child’s life, and open communication about needs and well-being.
• Newborn Experience – Understanding of infant care, feeding schedules, and sleep training.
• Organization & Adaptability – Ability to maintain an organized, calm environment while contributing to household harmony.
• CPR Trained and current on vaccinations, including COVID and TDAP.
