Full-Time Nanny Creve Coeur, MO

We are seeking a nurturing, reliable, and proactive full-time nanny for a  family with two young daughters—a toddler (born March 2023) and a newborn (due April 2025). The ideal candidate is passionate about child development, dependable, and eager to build a long-term relationship with the family.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide nurturing care for both children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and emotional development.

• Follow and maintain the family's nap and feeding schedule.

• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that foster learning, creativity, and social development.
• Encourage outdoor exploration—the family values experiences outside the home and provides memberships to local attractions (e.g., zoo, botanical gardens).
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
• Assist with light housekeeping related to the children (e.g., tidying toys with the kids, cleaning up after meals, occasional child-related laundry).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience with infants and toddlers in a professional childcare setting.

• Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Ability to plan and lead enriching outings.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, organized approach.
  

• Ideally someone who can teach the kids ASL or Spanish.
