Your day will be busy caring for toddler and an infant. A typical day will be feeding, diaper changing, taking walks, going on outings cuddling and making sure both children are happy. Please note that times and days will vary as both parents are physicians. Most likely they will need someone 2 weekends a month. No matter what the schedule is you will always be paid for 40 hours per week and anything after is paid at time and a half. Very rarely will you every actually work 40 hours. Most weeks will be around 30-35 weeks. Nanny should know that there is a Great Dane in the house, too. He can be crated during the day.
