We do not charge you a fee for our services. All fees are paid by the client seeking child care.
TLC has the busiest temporary child care service in St. Louis. TLC Temps work in homes, hotels, day care centers, nurseries, and conventions. TLC Temps provide as needed on-call child care. Pay rates begin at a minimum of $10.00 per hour and can pay up to $15 per hour for Doulas, and $30 per hour for tutoring. Families pay you directly for the work you do. What responsibilities does a nanny have?

- Salary range of $250-$550 per week depending on hours & experience.
- Room and board if live-in.
- Average work day of 10 hours, 5 days per week for full time.
- Holidays and weekends off unless otherwise negotiated.
- Travels with family when needed.
- Paid vacation.
