Full-Time Nanny Webster Groves, MO

Webster Groves family is looking for a compassionate, flexible, and reliable full-time nanny to care for their 4-year-old daughter. This role will involve shared responsibilities between her mother and father, who are divorced, so flexibility with working in two Webster homes.

What You’ll Do:

• Morning Routine: Get child up and ready for the day, including breakfast.
• Daytime Activities: Spend quality time before school, taking her to parks, museums, and other fun, age-appropriate attractions.
• School Drop-Off & Pick-Up: Depending on the day, you may be responsible for dropping off at school (12:15 PM) and picking up(3:15).
• During School Hours: Handle light house cleaning and laundry.
• Afternoons: After school, provide snacks and supervise her play. You may also be responsible for supervising her step-siblings 9 and 10 when they arrive home from school.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children, ideally with developmental delays.
• Flexibility to work in varied locations, alternating days between mother's and father's homes based on the family schedule.
• Someone patient, nurturing, and fun, who will engage in meaningful activities.
• A responsible, organized, and proactive individual who can also manage light household duties.
